After having a poor experience with the broker who handled the loan for my first condo purchase, I feel like I lucked out by getting connected with Zlatan. Quick and stress-free
Z was great to work with. We found ourselves in a pickle with our original broker (recommended by our realtor), and Z came in and was able to save the day within a tight window (less than ~2 weeks to close).
Not only was he a great liaison between our agent/attorney and sellers representatives, but he was able to explain and answer all questions that first-time buyers could possibly have.
