Zlatan ("Z") was a tremendous help when it came to educating us on the loan process back to front. We were first time home buyers, and no matter how much research you do as a buyer, there are plenty of things only the pros know. In addition to a good rate, one thing we really needed was to feel comfortable about the process. He was good to point out specific details and deadlines which gave us the full picture and made us feel like we knew what was going on. Z advised us to shop around but ultimately UHL had the best rate available. We had a tight close period (30 days) so his prompt responses were appreciated despite some delays caused by the seller. Even going the extra mile to make sure all parties were in the loop on the final details so that our collective team (realtor & lawyer) wouldn't miss a beat.
