When it comes to SPEED in response, being thorough, or getting things DONE, Z was magnificent! He ALWAYS got back to me quickly, and was very patient with my questions (ANNOYING questions might I add, yes I'm that guy). He is consistent, and even took the time out to learn a specific software that I needed him to use (which saved me an hour drive to his office at the time). I give him ALOT of credit because during the time of my critical last week in obtaining final approval, he was going thru a BIG family crisis and made ZERO excuses. He honored his commitment to helping me and my family find a home. I'm absolutely blessed, and grateful to have had him in my corner. Thank you Z!

Normally when looking at Yelp reviews I would be weary of all 5 star reviews, but I can honestly say that in this case each one is well deserved. Zlatan is extremely professional, responsive, well informed, and proactive. He answered all of my questions and took time to explain to me the underlying reasons and pros/cons of each situation. He came to the closing to provide additional support and add feedback on any fees, forms, and next steps. I have recommended Zlatan's services to my friends and family in the past and they have all responded with glowing reviews.
