First Class... Start to Finish
As you work through the home mortgage process you will likely encounter the standard questions, complexities and hurdles that exist in the world today. I can't even begin to convey all of the things that make Mary great in a quick review - she was a DREAM to work with! She is very responsive to any and all questions (even during non-working hours!), extremely knowledgeable, and always checked in to make sure we were comfortable with anything that was happening throughout the whole process. Uploading the necessary documents was not only easy, but quick and efficient. There were absolutely no surprises the week of closing - which I've heard horror stories about! Closing could not have been smoother, and we were so thankful to have Mary there with us.
