Jennifer DePaoli

"You can get whatever you want in life if you help enough other people get what they want."

Jennifer DePaoli, V.P. of Mortgage Lending, believes in being a connector: connecting her clients not only with the right loan product, but also with the right real estate agent if need be, and any other resource they might need along the way. She states, "My goal is not to just get borrowers in the door, but rather establish a long-term relationship with everyone I work with so that my clients and referral partners become trusted friends."

Prior to joining United Home Loans, she worked for 12 years in the pharmaceutical sales industry and then went on to work as a certified sales coach where she sold and delivered coaching to mortgage loan officers and real estate agents. The job of a mortgage loan officer always appealed to her and she decided to join some of her favorite clients which is how she ended up at United Home Loans.

After growing up in the Chicago suburbs, Jennifer earned a degree in Business Marketing from Olivet Nazarene University where she was the starting pitcher on the ONU softball team. She now lives in Manhattan, IL with her husband and two daughters.
