I couldn't be happier and more thankful to have financed my first home with Carrie Stone at United Home Loans! The whole process was worry-free and fast because Carrie and her Team were so on top of everything!! I signed the contract with the accepted offer on November, 2017 and 30 days later I was closing on my new House!!! That's a record time for closing but Carrie and her Team made it happen against all odds! Carrie was simply phenomenal! After shopping around with 5 or 6 different lenders, United was able to provide one of the best and most competitive rates for my loan. Not only did I receive a great rate, but the customer service was thee BEST! Carrie was dedicated to my process from the beginning to the end, even when I sometimes lost faith in finding the right home she remained encouraging and provided so much helpful information. This process was from September to November! With her I was able to find a realtor, a home, and close within 30 days!
