We had a super smooth, super easy experience with Zlatan. He provided almost instantaneous responses to any questions we had, followed up without being prompted (something even our attorney commented on), and generally made the home buying process a pleasant experience for us. In addition, he stayed on top of his work and re-negotiated a lower rate for us once the market conditions improved with only 4 days left until closing! I would highly recommend Z to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Zlatan is fantastic! I had a horrible closing experience and he was absolutely brilliant! Very patient and kind throughout and willing to work to ensure I maintained a good rate and stayed positive. Answered all my questions before I had them, which is AMAZING because I ask a lot of questions! I would recommend Zlatan to EVERYONE! Without question the best in the business. Just sad I will not be buying another house anytime soon to get to work with him again!!!!
