Not much noise in the office, not even the phones

Loan officers share knowledge with clients on lending

They know the best programs to avoid overspending

Transaction coordinators start files, and all is precise

For they know that processors check everything twice

Because they get the files, and it takes some finesse

To ensure that our clients don’t feel any stress

But if something comes up, underwriting is there

To find a solution, they really do care

If there is an issue, they make it straight

They get the job done, and nothing is late

For the closing team, who get documents ready

Making sure all’s compliant with Fannie and Freddie

While I.T. monitors the security we need

Marketing writes poems that no one will read

See everyone here loves what they do

We help people with homes, and we’re here to help you

We can’t thank you enough, and want you to know

That without your support, there’s no way we’d grow

We take pride in our work, and do the right thing

And we can’t wait to see what next year will bring

But today all is quiet, and Christmas is soon

Mike should just let us go home at noon
