Meg Pound is wonderful to work with and gets things done
Meg was accommodating, informative, energetic, and wanting to help us from day one. She kept in touch, made sure things were moving forward - even in a very busy time period for lenders and with some struggles our particular situation had come up - she assured us she would do everything to make it things work, and she delivered. She was always positive, thoughtful, and kind and went out of her way to make us comfortable, and to alleviate our worries during this stressful process. Though, I must say, this is our 3rd house buy and I've never had it be so low stress with the mortgage company. That was all Meg and her outstanding customer service and commitment to her work. I recommend her highly as a skilled professional, but also as a partner on this journey, especially if you want to really be cared about, treated right, and soaked in positivity. Great communication
Meg is great to work with. We worked with her when purchasing our home, then again to refinance. She is knowledgeable and answers all your questions. The mortgage/refi process and terminology can be overwhelming but she takes the time to make sure you know what’s going on. You can easily get a hold of Meg by phone, email, or text. The only reason I cannot give 5 stars is due to an oversight during closing regarding money owed us. This issue was very quickly resolved when brought to Meg’s attention, and because of that I’d still definitely recommend her to others.
