Purchase Leads
We provide high quality purchase leads to our loan officers free of charge. These are generated from Zillow, Trulia, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google paid search (PPC) and organic SEO efforts. Most other lenders just talk about creating leads or they hand them to their consumer direct channel; we actually do it and give them to our retail LOs to help them build their business.
TC Support and a Better Process
Every UHL loan officer works with a Transaction Coordinator (TC) who helps to support their overall business. The TC sends out loan docs, analyzes and reviews supporting docs, builds the paperless loan file and prepares the loan for opening. UHL’s overall process removes the majority of work the LO needs to do allowing for more time to sell and generate business.
